To be honest, it is so much more interesting to see artists drawing ponies in a different artstyle than just having the perfect rendition of the G4 artstyle
@ImalouArt I admit, I do not fully agree. Both have their place, if you ask me and no one does art right or wrong, bar from actually breaking laws. Live and let live, I say. Of course you should always thrive to go further, but at the same time, you should take your time, and not rush.
@Sour_Cherry_Pie I don't mean rushing to find an artstyle of course! I think it's just a question of preferences and how you want to grow as an artist. I kind of suffered of not having a perfect show like artstyle in my early years but nowadays working my own artstyle was good for my journey
@Sour_Cherry_Pie Many times I heard and felt that my art wasn't g4 enough to be appreciated, and this purity over having show style perfect ponies was weird for me as I always thought it's best to be unique. Just a different point of my view but definitely I don't want to force a norm at all
