@NateWitkin @fluorinespark Mathematics is about finding interesting, intrinsically true given axioms, facts about the world. One can non-exclusively reward the act of generating interesting problems. That is not well-defined yet still coherent enough, I think.

@thsottiaux @dummerspast39 Please do not fold-in ChatGPT usage with Work / Codex. I like to use chat for actual chatting and if it cut into my usage, I'd start counting each message which I'd hate. I would be very happy if abuse like this was blocked by classifiers instead.

@Sauers_ I would think that the knowledge cutoff dates for the models may slightly influence them. I'd like to see this run without web access and no hint at all what year it is within the chat window. I think they would probably distinguish themselves still though.

@FFmpeg Handcrafted ASM is needed for the design constraints and speed goals of FFmpeg. However, I think Rust also has the ability to include inline assembly. That, + stronger type system and ownership make a Rust FFMPEG not insane IMO. Standard Rust perf is approx. standard C perf too.
