Stop telling people that it's "bad" to allow your knees to go past your toes in any kind of squat. There's always context in movement.

Plantar fasciitis is more common. Symptoms may be felt in the arch as well as the heel. Some patients have a duller pain before they notice the stabbing heel pain. When a heel spur is indeed responsible, the jabbing pain may be centered in the heel.

It is all dependent on goals, people! The only factor that comes into play based on literature is rest times and training frequency based on recovery. Sorry guys, females take the win on faster recovery both intra and between workouts (on average).

BICEP CURLS VS HAMMER CURLS. Hammer curls target the long head of the bicep as well as the brachialis and the brachioradialis. Traditional bicep curl activate the shorter head of the bicep, which produces more of the muscle peak you might want to fill out those tshirt sleeves.

We don't consider movement to be good or bad. Burpees tend to be a great mixture of full body training and cardio. Regarding calories, it depends on many factors, but on average, 1 burpee = 1/2 cal. Go check out our blog if you want to know more.
