@FedExHelpEU @FedExHelpEU, you guys are so unprofessional and incompetent to be honest. I need my package delivered otherwise, I would escalate it to the appropriate regulatory body

@FedExHelpEU @FedExEurope I am extremely disappointed by the unacceptable service I have received from FedEx Darlington, UK How can a reputable international logistics company repeatedly make delivery promises without fulfilling them? #FedExUK

I need my parcel delivered today as discussed yesterday. Since then 12th of Oct, I have been tossed around with the delivery of my item. Very incompetent customer service and manager in Darlington promising test my item will be delivered and nothing is done @FedExHelp

@FedExHelpEU @FedExEurope My parcel has been stuck at your depot since Monday, 12 Oct, despite being due for delivery that day. Repeated complaints have brought no resolution. This has affected my mental well-being. I demand urgent delivery or I will escalate formally! #FedExUK

@FedExHelpEU @FedExEurope FedEx Darlington's regional manager is aware, yet my parcel remains undelivered. Every day I'm promised delivery 'tomorrow', but nothing happens. I even arranged for a friend to help the driver lift the item which is the stated issue. Why no action?

What makes it even more frustrating is FedEx's poor customer service. Despite repeatedly contacting your team, I've been tossed around without any meaningful resolution, clear explanation or accountability. Customers deserve better than endless delays and empty promises. #FedExUK

@FedEx @NFL @FedExHelpEU @FedExEurope I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by FedEx's appalling delivery service in the UK. My parcel was scheduled for delivery on Monday, 12 October, and has remained at your station ever since. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve this issue.
