And vice versa for the other side. I wish more people could do the same. Very scary to have blind allegiance to anything!

@Noctula_Cat @JenniferSey @xx_xyathletics Actually this is very true. I’ve been setting aside two 20 minute blocks of time a day to walk and have consistently gotten over 10,000 steps a day. Add an extra 20 minutes in there and I’d easily be over 12,000.

@ChelsyFreedom @MargoFeFe @catturd2 Actually most hospitals now have wireless monitors. The Bluetooth ones would look even more lumpy. I work in L&D - this looks normal to me with monitors on her belly.
