@SweatEconomy. In Dec '22 I upgraded my phone & can no longer log in to my Sweat Wallet. I've emailed the helpdesk 11 times and had awful, stock responses, and no response at all to my last three in the last 15 weeks. Any advice where to go next, other than the @financialombuds?

@oleg_fem @lyembar @SweatEconomy I don't really understand. In MyNearWallet, I can go to "Send" but it says I can only send Near and I don't have any Near. There's no record of any Sweat.

I have not changed my secret pass code. (I didn’t even know there was one). When I try to log on via the original activation email, I get the error message stated.
