Day 3 and all is well in my world. I will be mastering my brain and resetting my dopamine levels one day at a time. The future is bright, the future is #nofapoctober and beyond
It's a strange one, porn is like brainwashing, there's no real enjoyment there, its autopilot bull$h1t that ultimately leaves you empty and unfulfilled. I worry for the future of our kids with so much of it around!
Day 2 and I feel upbeat today. It's a big work day with lots to do, so my focus is there which is great. I will be working on myself later with a meditation session and also reading Stoicism info to help understand myself better and give me tools to work through my addiction.
I got to 15 days yesterday, then for no reason I can work out, I folded, so its back to day 1, although I don't feel too bad, I have learned some lessons from it which is a bonus at least - always a positive to take #nofap
My go to resource has been the @NoFap community, always supportive. It's now time to be the best version of myself and I'm going to do it online and share my journey. I also read @YourBrainOnPorn which was amazing, and made me see my brain for what it is.
I am starting again, day one, on my no fap journey, I am going to succeed. The max I have completed is 21 days, but now is the time to start anew. Mindset is ready Here we go #nofap
