$XAUUSD 📉 Monday NY Session Tech Observations Bearish momentum building after rejecting 4190–4200 BSL. Eyeing two short setups down to major H4 demand at 4075: 1️⃣ Pullback (FVG Retest): • Entry: 4152 – 4156 • SL: 4165.50 • TP1: 4130 | TP2: 4075 • R:R ~ 1:5.8 2️⃣ Breakdown: • Entry: Sub-4128 • SL: 4145.00 • TP: 4075 • R:R ~ 1:3.1 #Gold #Forex #Trading #SMC

$XAUUSD WEEKLY OUTLOOK (Oct 12–16): THE SHORT SQUEEZE & HTF SUPPLY CROSSROAD Plan the trade, trade the plan. Last week delivered Plan A cleanly from the jump — shorting the trap into TP1 ($4,125) and TP2 ($4,110) before bottoming in the $4,087–$4,066 demand pocket. Plan B’s deep $4,030s never hit because buyers defended higher, printing an aggressive H1/H4 reversal back into Friday's close at $4,194.65 (+1.47%). Now, gold sits directly beneath the macro breakdown origin. HTF BIAS & MARKET STRUCTURE Daily: Bullish reaction off the local swing low, but trading into major prior broken structure (min S$\rightarrow$R $4,235–$4,263) and daily supply ($4,399). 4H: Bullish internal shift after breaking minor swing highs, but price is tapping fresh 4H overhead resistance ($4,208–$4,219) sitting right under the primary liquidity barrier at $4,227.75. 1H: Strong bullish momentum with consecutive BOS, now printing an right arrow flip zone at $4,192–$4,195. PLAN A — SHORT (Rejection at Major Overhead Liquidity) 🟥 Premise: Treat the current push as an aggressive buy-side liquidity run targeting resting stops above the pre-NFP highs before smart money distributes again. Entry: $4,217–$4,227 (H4 Resistance / Major Supply sweep into the $4,227.75 level) SL: Daily close above $4,238.50 (acceptance back inside broken HTF support) TP1: $4,175 (1H Support) ➔ TP2: $4,141 (Unmitigated 1H FVG) ➔ TP3: $4,111 (Demand Origin) Trigger: M5/M15 displacement, liquidity sweep of $4,207–$4,219, and bearish MSS. No front-running before the purge. PLAN B — LONG (Trend Continuation & Retest) 🟩 Premise: The impulse from $4,087 broke market structure cleanly. If the market treats $4,192–$4,195 as dynamic demand, pullbacks offer continuation into the macro imbalance. Entry: $4,168–$4,175 (1H Support / 61.8% pullback) or $4,192–$4,195 aggressive flip retest SL: $4,158 (below the immediate displacement base) TP1: $4,219 ➔ TP2: 4,227.75 (BSL sweep) ➔ **TP3:** $4,266 (Daily gap) Trigger: H1 bullish confirmation off the flip zone without candle close below $4,168. Watch the Asia open closely around $4,195. If London holds above this level, expect a direct probe into the $4,227 liquidity pool before the next directional expansion. #XAUUSD #Gold #GoldTrading #XAU #GoldAnalysis #ForexGold

Last Week's Review (Oct 5–9) Plan A (Short Setup) Execution: The setup played out cleanly during the first half of the week. Price pushed into the supply/resistance band on Monday/Tuesday, respected the invalidation zone ($4,195.58), and dumped aggressively into the midweek session. Target Delivery: The selloff swept TP1 ($4,125) and TP2 ($4,110), printing a fresh low right into the 4H/1H demand block at $4,087–$4,066 on October 7–8 before buyers stepped in. Plan B (Deep Demand Long): Price did not drag all the way down into deep daily demand ($4,026–$4,044). Instead, institutional absorption occurred at the $4,087–$4,066 base, generating an H1 internal Change of Character (CHoCH) on October 8 and an impulsive rally back toward $4,194 into the Friday close. #XAUUSD #Gold #GoldTrading #XAU #GoldAnalysis #ForexGold

🚨 $XAUUSD WEEKLY OUTLOOK (Oct 5–9): THE NFP LIQUIDITY TRAP & TWO-SIDED ROADMAP Gold loves surprises — so I trade a plan, not a prediction. Two high-conviction setups below: the short is the primary, trade-now play; the long is just as valid but only fires IF price gets dragged into deep demand — maybe this week, maybe not. Friday's cool jobs report (29k vs 89k exp) wasn't a breakout — it was a textbook institutional distribution trap. THE TRAP Retail chased the NFP spike into Thursday's high ($4,193), pushing to $4,227 where smart money absorbed buy-side liquidity (BSL) and hammered price -0.88% into the $4,140 close. HTF BIAS Yields sticky >5% keep pressure on bullion. 4H structure stays bearish (LH/LL) until a daily body closes above $4,230. PLAN A — SHORT (primary, trade first) 🟥 Entry: $4,160–$4,178 (1H FVG + 50–61.8% OTE) SL: close above $4,195.58 (PDH) TP1 $4,125 ➔ TP2 $4,110 ➔ TP3 $4,043 Trigger: M5/M15 rejection on the retest. PLAN B — LONG (reversal, only if demand is reached) 🟩 Entry: $4,026–$4,044 (deep 1D demand + 1.618) SL: $4,015 (below base) TP1 $4,110 ➔ TP2 $4,125 ➔ TP3 $4,160 Trigger: price must first purge $4,125 & $4,110 sell-stops into the 1.618 — then wait for an H1 reclaim/MSS. No blind limit-buys. May set up later this week, or not at all. Patience at Monday's open. Let the market purge the low-hanging liquidity first. Chart 1: short roadmap. Chart 2: long reversal. 👇 #Gold #XAUUSD #Forex #SmartMoneyConcepts #ICT
