EHCP DELAYS RAISED IN PARLIAMENT ❕ New shadow minister @helenhayes_ raises the backlog with @willquince. Our FOIs show that over half of local authorities are not meeting targets, creating a timebomb of unmet need and denying families services like short breaks + therapies. 1/3
