Back in May we increased awareness of the importance of #mentalhealth and wellness in our lives. Prevention’s YAB contribution was to spread awareness through painting inspiring messages on rocks. They gave them to the ones who needed the message. #mentalhealthAwarenessMonth
Traumatic exposure in life produces increased risk to substance use, which again leads to another stressful and traumatic event. It’s a vicious cycle that is causing a toll in one's #mentalhealth. For #mentalhealthAwarenessMonth, let’s contribute to healthy mental health.
