I'm a visual person, and my browser history is just a list. So I built a tool to graph it. That side project became BrowserBrain: a Chrome extension that uses AI to organise and graph your browsing. About a year in, I'm starting to share it. #buildinpublic

Biggest mistake building Idearify's MVP: I didn't talk to users enough. I was heads-down building and forgot the people who'd actually use it. The fix is boring: talk to users early and often, and let their feedback steer. What did you find hardest about it? #buildinpublic
