Put up good numbers at the Southwest Oklahoma Regional powerlifting meet. Ended the day with some more hardware with a 3 lift total of 1,210 lbs. Won Gold by 70 lbs. State tournament next week then its time for off-season camps and GAINS! #TMRollsDeep

One busy week! Got 2nd out of about 40 kids on Wed at the Chickasha powerlifting meet. New personal bests on all 3 lifts! Not much luck at the Saturday morning stockshow. Squat- 460 lb Bench- 250 lb Deadlift- 550 lb Total= 1260 LBS! Great job C! @caden_isom @power_lift
