When I catch @Makro_SA 😭. Why do they lie on their website and say they deliver within 2days? It’s been 6 working days now and my order is nowhere to be found. When I contacted their customer service I was told that they can’t get hold of the Struben valley store.😭

Definitely cancelling my subscription with @rainSouthAfrica. They are running a shit show and continue to have the worst customer service ever. Please don’t ask me why I am still with them when they continue to rip me off every month.

Can @Makro_SA please explain why we can not make any purchase at their stores without a Makro card? I felt a little inconvenienced when I got to the till and I was told that I can’t make a purchase because I don’t have a Makro card🙃. Please explain.

I am definitely canceling my subscription with @rainSouthAfrica they have zero customer service and have stupid part time network. I cannot be spending almost R300 a day on data when I am paying a monthly subscription to Rain. You guys are ripping us off and it is not fair.

I requested an @Uber this morning and the driver started the trip without me not @Uber charging me a cancellation and charging me twice for the second trip that I requested and has the nerve to credit R5 on the app when they took R240 from my account. @Uber Cela imali yam mntase.
