@JoeyMannarinoUS There is a literal way to read the Bible ~ and a literate way to read the Bible. I'm supposing that Johnson reads the Bible literally. My suggestion would be to read Genesis 1 as a poem, and not as a textbook. Start there.
@Istoryia @JoeyMannarinoUS He is a Baptist (Southern Baptist / Bible thumper) they believe the Bible is the literal word of God, or as you say a literal reading. My family in Tennessee are all Baptist and I was raised by a Bible thumper, I have some of their beliefs but some things are too much for me.

The subsequent texts came from tales, edits that reflect desires of those who had no exp other than the material
