There is ALWAYS a price for sin. There's just no guarantee that the sinner will pay it. That's why we punish "victimless" crimes. There's a victim all right! And usually it's the criminal, but sometimes it isn't. Sometimes their sins build up over time, multiply in others (monkey see monkey do), and become so huge that masses of good people with clean lives have to pay for what the "victimless" criminals did. Our time is one in which the biggest sinners are the biggest winners, and the ones who pay are the ones who sinned the least. Remind you of anything? Christ on the cross? It's our job to make sure the price of an action is paid by the one who did it. We're failing at that. God's judgment is what we get for it.
@ItIsHoeMath I just keep going to work & paying endless taxes on everything on both ends, while watching everything get worse. Make it make sense bro
@ItIsHoeMath "There is ALWAYS a price for sin. There's just no guarantee that the sinner will pay it."
@ItIsHoeMath doesn't really matter who sins the most or least. It matters who is saved by the grace of God and who isn't. There are only two ultimate outcomes for people; heaven or hell.
@ItIsHoeMath TLDR version: You deserve what you tolerate.
@ItIsHoeMath Punishing people for victimless “crimes” is midwit behavior. It only serves to diminish respect for the legitimate rule of law.
@ItIsHoeMath Most understandable modern right wing argument I ever heard was from a young man abused and neglected by shitty parents - “I’m done living with other people’s consequences”.
@ItIsHoeMath Exactly why eye for an eye works
You seem to be advocating for weak genes, punishment of strong to benefit weak, and degradation of Humanity. Everything which doesn't cause harm to someone else should be legal. If someone can't handle their shit they will remove themselves from the genepool and we get stronger. Maybe I'm misunderstanding, can you name a victimless crime you feel should be punished?
@ItIsHoeMath This is the big fail of libertarian mindset. It’s all rights with them. But it is really rights and responsibility. Responsibility shapes the culture. Don’t be a libertarian it’s a mistake. We all had to learn at one point.
Well said. I made a long post explaining this very thing earlier. But unfortunately, most people aren't wise enough to understand it. It all begins with tolerating bad and subversive ideas. Those ideas spread, and then become believed by so many, it grows like a cancer to society as a whole. This is why in the past, even certain ideas could get you imprisoned or executed. I used to think this was extreme, but I no longer think that.
@ItIsHoeMath And God said, “Take what you want and pay for it.”
@ItIsHoeMath What makes you think the state of “our time” can be changed? I’d argue that sufficient punishment requires utterly sinful levels of wrath (ACCORDING TO CHRISTIANS THEMSELVES. THEY SAY THIS CONSTANTLY AS AN EXCUSE FOR THEIR COWARDICE), thus maintaining the sin=win rule.
I've doing my part. Several years ago a local business man was selling meth on the side and I knew about it. He was well connected so direct police action was out of the question, until I found out he was poaching. He posted video evidence of his poaching activities to social media, so I turned him in to the State Wildlife and Parks, this enabled the Sherriff who was already investigating him to get a search warrant and his ass was grass. Sometimes you have to get them on something like tax evasion.
@ItIsHoeMath God wrote extensively in His Holy Bible what His Laws are... and the Blessings or Curses which result from obedience to or defiance of His Law. Obeying the Father brings blessings, defying Him brings curses. It is very simple.
@ItIsHoeMath they are going to pay for it, either by placing them on Christ Jesus by believing on Him and repenting - or in the Eternal Lake of Fire - time is almost up.
@ItIsHoeMath And yet you refuse to so much as lift a finger about it. I have solutions, but if you accepted them, you'd be out of a job. Incentives are a hell of a thing.
@ItIsHoeMath @JerichoWinston Enough with the big government/Christian arguments. Enough with the Jewish mindset. This is not life we were meant to live.
@ItIsHoeMath "Victimless crimes"? Let's flip it. How about non-crimes with plenty of victims? That's government.
@ItIsHoeMath @Selkis_2028 Forming a unit with other socially and morally aligned families is a great start. Have to make systemic changes to culture if you want to make an impact.
@ItIsHoeMath While I'll agree on the principle, not every victimless crime falls under that category. Some laws are put in place by those who want to make things harder on those below them to meet an end. In that case the perpetrator is the victim because that which is a right has been stolen
@ItIsHoeMath “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” Galatians 6:7
@ItIsHoeMath This is why consensual incest is illegal
@ItIsHoeMath Matthew:18:~32 King: "I forgave you a great debt, but you did not forgive your fellow servant of a lesser debt, so I will reinstate your debt and throw you in prison until you have paid it all back."
@ItIsHoeMath You may beat the wrap but you can’t beat the ride. It’s a question of mileage 😁
@ItIsHoeMath The price for sinning is subjective!
