@Delta clearly doesn’t know how to have quality customer service. They’d rather short change their guests than take accountability for their own shortcomings. #terriblecompany

@delta you can’t pass blame on the weather when your gate attendants explicitly tell guests that their plane is en route to them and then cancel because your pilots time out. Especially when I saw the plane and pilot with my own eyes!

@Delta likes to cancel flights due to their pilots timing out and then blame it on the weather so they don’t have to take accountability. #Gaslighting #mightaswellflyfrontier #trashairline

@Delta not only did you cancel both my flights, you didn’t have a flight to rebook me on and didn’t provide a hotel voucher. Leaving me stranded at the airport at 2:00am with no alternatives is unacceptable!!!

@delta I will not be gaslighted into believing that my flights were cancelled due to weather when your own staff told us it was the pilot who could not fly!!

@Delta you can’t tell me my flights were cancelled due to weather when the plane ultimately made it to me and your pilots were timed out. The plane was delayed and ultimately made it once weather cleared up. Put blame where it belongs…on your pilots!!!

@delta is a shit show right now. They have absolutely no clue how to handle their own mistakes.

@delta will never get my business again after this stunt. I saw the plane and the pilot with my own eyes but you want to tell me my flight was cancelled due to weather? #Gaslighting
