Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.

What this system does in the next 24-48 hours is the most important factor IMO. Upper level winds will blast the system as it gets North. Wind shear will impact the system allowing for dry air to get fully wrapped in. This will weaken the storm most likely as it makes its final approach to the coast. But how strong can it max out between now & the next couple of days? The stronger it is, the longer the weakening process takes as a stronger system has a better protected core. There ain’t a lot of time for it to weaken with the forward motion it’ll be pushing. #isaias is coming.
