Plus there will be a physical test. Don't pass, you'll wish you came to summmer workouts.
Reiterate what coach asks... bring more in. I want a full weight room. We can adjust workouts, but it takes a team to win.
Weight room tomorrow at 2pm. We will lift, but bring your cleats too. Conditioning starts tomorrow.
Emails need to be in! 20 at minimum. If not... 100's: sprint 100, backpedal 100, shuffle 100, shuffle 100, bear crawl 100. That's just one.
JHS Football. We are back in the wright room starting today. Mentally prep to hit some maxes today.
Weight room for Lineman/LB/RB today. If possible, 5:15 in the gym. Remember... speed of movement, not weight, is important!
