@webkinz @GanzStudios @ganzestore @webkinznewz I tweeted just two hours ago about a player who had their Webkinz account banned under similar circumstances to mine... they are already unbanned. Is it possible for me to get that same consideration? I've waited two months.. :(
@ganzestore @webkinznewz @webkinz @GanzStudios A month ago I posted about my account be wrongfully banned in the trade room; just saw a post of this happening to another player on FB. Please, please... investigate, fix and restore accounts wrongfully banned from this glitch!
Two months... no response save one email and blaming and silencing on Facebook! Shame on you, @ganzestore @webkinz @webkinznewz @GanzStudios
@ganzestore @webkinznewz @webkinz @GanzStudios Five weeks of no response from Ganz, now sharing what's going on so that other players won’t be as surprised and heartbroken as I have been. My main account was banned.

@Kinzcord Wow. I'm touched and deeply humbled. Love to you all, your support is amazing.
@webkinz can we talk about this rhetoric? It seems very out of pocket

The loss of my account suggests to me customer-blaming practices that mean any accounts could be at risk. And if it can happen in one arena of a company, it can happen in any and all arenas. My banned account has over three hundred pets, including two moonlight pets, a signature
Barbet and countless promos and signatures that cannot be replaced; 15 years of time and thousands of dollars invested. Be aware, friends & fellow customers…a Webkinz account can be lost in an instant, due to a glitch uncorrected by the company, with no recourse and no response.
