I cut myself sometimes, just feel a physical pain because it’s draving me crazy to be feeling so many inside but not knowing why..So I cut myself so when I’m feeling hurt I can say “oh that’s where the pain is from” “that’s why I’m feeling pain” It’s something I can see and touch

I hate how weak I feel, how vulnerable I am...I was used to be able to hold everything in and pretend that I’m okay but now it feels like there’s no more space to keep things in..It’s like all my feeling and anger are now overflowing and there’s nothing I can do to stop it....

It's hard for me to enjoy my life on any consistent level. I am hardly ever experiencing a peace of mind. Im often fearful, worrisome, and unhappy. I don't like being this way but I don't know what to do to change. Things are too much work and no one understands the way I feel.
