Why does #SEC, #nasdaq, #spy, or #DOW allow these companies to continually reverse stock split? All it does is hurt retail investors. These companies broke the rules and fell out of compliance but they get the help? How’s that make any sense. Let them delist not dilute.

If $muln investor want action taken against #muln then you need to harass the SEC until they open up a full investigation against #muln and David himself. SEC don’t have the resources to keep an eye on every company to make sure they obey the rules. They look into complaints.

Stop pouring your money into a company $muln building itself off the backs of retail investors. #muln only takes it never gives back. DM can still RS 1-116 according to Nasdaq rules and take even more. They’ve used 134 of the 250 splits. Avoid #muln like the plague.

TD Ameritrade, Charles Schwab, National Finance Services, and etc. subscribers be careful. They’re betting against their investors, what you invest they match In The opposite direction to purposefully keep retail money trapped in the market. Wouldn’t use these after this lawsuit.
