H-1B isn’t just an economic issue. It’s a NATIONAL SECURITY issue! Why are we replacing American workers with cheaper foreign labor, including workers from the CCP, in our technology sectors?! This isn’t about a “skilled worker shortage.” It’s about corporations protecting their bottom line. American workers and American security come FIRST!
There are companies, like Disney, having American workers train their foreign replacements. This should NEVER happen! President @realDonaldTrump is doing what he can through the executive branch, but Congress has to change the law. That’s why I introduced the EXILE Act to END the H-1B scam and put American workers FIRST! 🇺🇸

My President Trump-endorsed Birthright CLAIM Act restores integrity to our immigration system by ending the abuse of birthright citizenship and closing loopholes that have fueled illegal immigration for decades. 🇺🇸Ends automatic birthright citizenship for children born to illegal aliens and certain temporary visa holders. ✈️ Closes the birth tourism loophole. 🧬 Requires DNA verification in certain citizenship claims to prevent fraud. ⬆️ Raises the physical presence requirement from 5 years to 10 years for certain U.S. citizens passing citizenship to children born abroad. American citizenship is a privilege, not a loophole to exploit. Congress must pass my Birthright CLAIM Act!
Amnesty isn't "America First." Rewarding illegal immigration guarantees more of it. It hands employers cheap labor while they cut corners in industries that depend on safe working conditions. Deport ALL illegal aliens. Secure the border.
