Israel 🇮🇱 Thousands of protesters took to the streets in Tel Aviv to protest against Netanyahu’s attempts to control the country’s judiciary. All over the world, people are rising up to say “enough is enough” against authoritarian regimes.
@JamesMelville @safesetbacks You forgot to mention the current Judiciary in Israel is corrupt.
@JamesMelville Did I get Netanyahu wrong? Is he really against a democratic future for Israel?
@JamesMelville What is happening is "elections do not matter" - that even if the right are allowed to win an election, they will not be allowed to govern as the "international community" (and the mobs they create) will not allow it.
@JamesMelville What’s happening in Israel is much different then what we’re seeing in France, Canada, and other western nations.
@JamesMelville The same people turning up to protest the regime had no issues with living in the STOLEN homes that Israel "legally" took from their previous Palestinian owners - after throwing them into giant camps with no access to human rights.
@JamesMelville James with all due respect, and I respect a lot of what you do, the judicial reforms will bring Israel closer to democracy. It is not what it seems in Israel. The government is not authoritarian it is the Supreme Court that has too much power and what we are trying to fix.
@JamesMelville @JohnCunnington5 Mr James, I read a recent piece by Bari Weiss on the current Israel Judiciary subject. I highly recommend it. Enlightening
@JamesMelville These are leftist WEF drones doing the protesting. Has nothing to do with ‘freedom’ or populism.

@JamesMelville @naomirwolf The revolution won’t be televised…
@JamesMelville The judiciary really is too powerful, but these reforms would go too far in the other direction: thewaywardrabbler.substack.com/p/netanyahu-co…
