Why would someone who has a very high IQ achieve nothing worthwhile in their life?
@ML_Philosophy The smarter you are the less you care about worldly things
@JamilBerglund @ML_Philosophy Smart & intelligently grounded, I like that.
@JamilBerglund @ML_Philosophy Jesus said: “Become as by-standers” to this world.
@JamilBerglund @ML_Philosophy And why is that? Because you observe and act. You don’t want to be a lawyer because it is a sordid business. You don’t want a 9-5 because - soul-destroying. To be a policeman you will become a monster. A teacher’s life is dull. Mediocrity is unacceptable. Don’t get married, duh.
@JamilBerglund @ML_Philosophy The answer depends on your definitions of worthwhile and intelligence
@JamilBerglund @ML_Philosophy If a high IQ can take away from social intelligence but not EQ then it makes sense for the possibility to be pushed towards certain paths without realizing. Consciously or not. From your own mind or not.
@JamilBerglund @ML_Philosophy That's cope. You can contribute great art that points people to the divine without selling your soul.
