It's crazy the fact that there are people not aware of ABBA music. These lyrics deserve a Nobel price for literature

I was driving home when I saw an old man struggling to cross the road with his walking stick. Cars kept passing, and nobody stopped. I pulled over, got out, and asked if he needed help. He looked surprised and said, “Young lady, you stopped just for me?” I smiled and helped him cross safely. When we reached the other side, he held my hand and said, “You remind me of my daughter. She lives far away.” I wished him a good day and went back to my car. I thought about his words for the rest of the day.

3 months ago, I watched a girl at a restaurant tell a customer, “You can speak to me nicely or wait until someone else is available to serve you.” The whole place went quiet, and I was lowkey scared but impressed because she didn’t even look nervous.

I’ve watched so many videos on YouTube about the dangers of smoking that I’ve decided to stop watching YouTube

My dad just called me and said, “Baby, I gave your number to a man at church because he said he’s looking for a wife. I told him you can cook, so please don’t embarrass me when he calls you.” My own father is out here arranging my marriage without my permission

My boyfriend and I had a serious argument this morning while we were together. Things got heated, and he eventually left and went back home. We didn’t talk much after that, so I thought we just needed some time to cool off. But this evening, while we were texting, he told me that his preferences had changed and that he was starting to want something different from what we had. What he said next honestly caught me off guard.

The audacity of this landlord is insane

I went to three different restaurants over the weekend, and at two of them, people tried to take the table I had already booked. The first woman said her friends were sitting there and asked me to move. I refused because I had made a reservation. At the second restaurant, a couple asked me to switch tables because they wanted to sit closer to the window. I said no again. The funniest one was when a man asked me to give up my table because his girlfriend wanted to sit next to him, but they had booked separately and ended up far apart. He kept asking, saying they came together and should be sitting together. I told him that wasn’t my problem. If sitting together was so important, they should have booked early. I honestly don’t understand why people think someone else should have to change their plans because they didn’t plan properly.

My landlord texted me today saying I had to let another tenant use my apartment for a few hours because his wife was coming home from the hospital and he needed somewhere for her to rest while he cleaned their place. I told him I wasn't comfortable letting strangers into my apartment, but he said I was being selfish and that we all had to help each other. Then he told me he had already promised the man he could use my living room. When I refused, he started calling me nonstop, saying I was making him look like a liar. I told him that whatever promise he made wasn't my problem, and he replied that I was going to regret making things difficult for him.

A rumor in my neighborhood is, one girl said she took out a loan to pay off her boyfriend’s debts because he promised to marry her. i’m actually speechless

Back in 2019, I knew a guy who used to treat his girlfriend like she was nothing. He would insult her in public, cheat on her, and make her cry, but whenever she tried to leave, he would show up with money and gifts. One time, she told me she was done with him because of how badly he treated her. A few weeks later, he bought her a brand-new car. The same people who watched him disrespect her suddenly started calling him a good man. Some even told her she was lucky to have him. What shocked me most was that nobody cared about how he treated her anymore. All they talked about was the car. That was when I realized that some people don’t care about what you do to others as long as you have money to impress them.

I was cooking with my little brother one time when we heard a loud noise outside. He grabbed my hand and told me not to be scared. I felt so loved until he pushed me toward the door and whispered, “Go check what it is. You’re older than me.”

My boyfriend’s mother is insane

One time, guy took me on a date and spent the whole evening making jokes about how I wasn't his usual type. He kept talking about the beautiful women he could easily get and how lucky I was that he had chosen me. I just smiled and finished my food. When the bill came, he suddenly asked if I could pay because he had forgotten his wallet. I paid for my meal only, stood up, and told him I don't pay for experiences I never asked for. The look on his face was priceless

Like 2 years ago, my neighbor’s little boy came to my house crying because he had locked himself out. I helped him call his dad, waited with him until his dad arrived, and then went back to watching my movie. Turns out, his dad had been standing outside looking for him too

My aunt spent weeks teaching her dog, Max, to sit quietly whenever guests came over. She kept saying he was the most well-behaved dog in the house. One Sunday, we were all sitting in the living room when my uncle started giving a serious speech about how nobody in the family respected him. Everyone was quiet until Max suddenly stood up, walked over to him, and started barking every time he opened his mouth. My uncle stopped talking, and Max immediately sat down like nothing had happened. Then my little cousin looked at the dog and said, “Even Max is tired of your speeches.” 😭😂
