Do not sell a cash-secured put until you know these 7 rules: 1. Only sell puts on stocks you'd be happy to own. The premium is the bonus. If you wouldn't buy the company at your strike, skip the trade no matter how good the premium looks. 2. Sell when implied volatility is high. Fear makes puts expensive. That's when you want to be the one selling them. 3. Pick a strike between 0.10 and 0.30 delta. Lower delta gives you more cushion below the current price. Higher delta pays more premium. Choose based on how badly you want to own the stock. 4. Go 30 to 60 days out. Time decay speeds up as expiration gets closer, and time decay is how a put seller gets paid. 5. Take profits at 50%. Once you've captured half the premium, buy the put back and free up your cash for the next one. 6. Roll down and out if the trade goes against you. If you still like the company, you can buy more time and lower your strike while collecting more premium. 7. Treat assignment as part of the plan. Keep the full cash set aside. If you get assigned, you own a great company at a discount and can start selling covered calls on it.

I'm only going to say this once. The AI buildout is just getting started. Only 2% of US households currently pay for an AI subscription. These 10 stocks are going to make millionaires over the next 3 years: 1. $IREN - IREN Limited IREN signed a $9.7B AI cloud contract with Microsoft and has since added customers like Cohere and Perplexity. Contracted ARR has reached $4B, and it's targeting 0.8 GW of capacity by 2027 with a pipeline above 5 GW.

2. $CRDO - Credo Technology Credo's revenue hit $479M last quarter, up 115% from a year ago, and it guided to $525M to $535M for the current quarter. Its active electrical cables connect the servers and switches inside AI data centers, and it has started selling optical products too.

Only 2% of US households pay for AI right now. That means 98% of the country isn't paying for a single AI tool yet. Every single one of these AI stocks will go brrrrr: $NVDA - Nvidia $AVGO - Broadcom $TSM - TSMC $MU - Micron $AMD - AMD $CRDO - Credo $VRT - Vertiv $AMZN - Amazon $IREN - IREN $NBIS - Nebius

Last week the market was pricing in about a 70% chance of a rate hike on October 28. Then core PCE came in at 3.0% versus the 3.3% expected. Those odds dropped below 50% and stocks rallied. One inflation report flipped the narrative, and the next one can flip it right back. CPI comes out before the Fed meets, so expect big swings in both directions. If you're trading this market, take profits quickly and don't get greedy. This is also when selling options pays best. Volatility inflates premiums, so you get paid more to wait for the prices you want.

If you own 100 shares of a stock, you can get paid rent on them every month. It's called a covered call. You sell someone the right to buy your shares at a higher price by a certain date, and they pay you a premium up front for that right. From there, one of two things happens:

The biggest spiritual awakening in human history is happening right now. You’re either with God or against him… there’s no middle ground anymore.

I’m convinced that the majority of history is fake at this point. If they are lying to us about everything NOW… Imagine all the other lies…

Gold is crashing. Silver is crashing. Crypto is crashing. Stocks are crashing. The dollar is crashing. Genuinely what should we buy now?

Reality has gotten so absurd that accurately describing what’s happening makes you sound insane.

Freedom is disappearing right in front of us. And the people calling it out are being labeled as conspiracy theorists. Think about what comes next…

I’ve never seen this many people experiencing spiritual awakening at the exact same time. Something much deeper is happening.

Why do we still pay taxes? Seriously asking.

Don’t forget, our founding fathers revolted over 2% TAX… TWO PERCENT… Now we pay half our income in taxes…

Your taxes don’t go to roads or schools… They go to wars you didn’t vote for, foreign countries that hate us, and covering up crimes they’ll never prosecute. Almost NOTHING they take from you actually helps your life.
