The Dolmen of Guadalperal, sometimes referred to as the "Spanish Stonehenge" It dates from between 2000 and 3000 BC, making it older than the Pyramids of Egypt and Stonehenge in England. This monument was submerged under the Valdecañas reservoir and has become visible only occasionally during times of drought when the water level recedes. This rare visibility often draws comparisons to the more famous Stonehenge due to its circular arrangement of stones.
@JasonWilde108 Are any efforts being made to preserve this site?
@JasonWilde108 I wonder if these spots are sacred due to something happening there or made sacred by the stones arrangement on a ley line or just a star sighting device.
@JasonWilde108 Nice. When the water in Lake Meade recedes in Vegas, we find old "missing" gangsters in oil barrels. LOL.
