@Degentle_ I had an old boss make me prove I needed an extra day after a molar extraction. I went in, spit a still bloodied gauze in the trash can and went home. I was young and my dad had a convo with him. He needed a diaper after that. Never questioned me again.

@SavannahPeebles @beemyli If people were hired during COVID as FT permanent remote that should have been grandfathered once COVID ended. Some are not close to a physical location, which was known during the interview process.

@MatrixMysteries Did she not read the amortization schedule that was included in the closing package? It’s a breakdown of P&I. Closing agent also explains amortized interest. Please understand the details on the loan before you sign and then complain.

@KeruboSk Oh hell yes! We ate shit disguised as company loyalty when in reality we were just a payroll number and easily replaced. And the brainwashing was subtle. Been there, done that. GEN Z is putting an end to it and I f’ng love it.

@0nlyk1tt3n The house is probably destroyed and the grandparents will have to repair, and they are probably paying the utilities. She had money for a manicure. And probably every other form of assistance $.

@julianblacks_ In 2007 my employer gave me flexible WFH when my dad was critically ill. It saved my job. Did that until he died in 2010. It doesn’t take much for an employer to have empathy for an employee. I will always be grateful for her kindness.

@0xRuzy Life sucked for most of us. Low wages, no car, no disposable income. Couldn’t afford a house. Minimal 401k contribution. This notion that we’re rolling in $ is BS. Take your hate and aim it where it belongs. The elites caused this shit.

@Cryptoboyy_Aji Boomer here. Comparing one economy to another is useless. Some of us don’t have a large 401k or a big house. This economy sucks so STFU. These kids don’t need BS advice. They need an economy that won’t suck the life out of them.

@hippojuicefilm Squirrels hide their food. My neighbor did this and one morning I had so many ants on my porch it look like someone spilled a can of coffee. Another neighbor fed them walnuts. They buried them in my flower pots and killed the plants.

@GOLDBABYO This is a great idea. When I was a teen in the 70’s my parents gave me no freedom. Everything was chaperoned by someone’s parent. I thought it was stupid but looking back now at 69, I’m grateful they protected us.

@TaraBull It depends on the homestead laws in their state. This would prevent him from secretly selling or mortgage the house without the spouse’s consent. She would have to waive her homestead rights as the non-titled spouse.

@valuemarktwatch @WallStreetApes I retired last yr after 45+ yrs in mortgage. I’m bored so applied for a PT job (20 hrs) as a personal shopper at a food store to stay active. Apparently I’m not qualified to grocery shop?! Three weeks later the hiring sign is still there. It’s ridiculous.

@CPAnna1023 @KathyHoldshope @iky_fwjett Yeah. My primary said if I’m there twice in two days there’s something wrong. I said the same thing and was dismissed. The ultrasound was unbelievable. The stones were the size of nickels.

@TheEXECUTlONER_ She needs to get off his back. Maybe he had a shit day and needs a few minutes to shift gears before interacting with the kids. My mom was like that and it drove my dad nuts. And who suffered? We did because he shut down.

@Raindropsmedia1 I agree. Keep it separate. Nothing worse than soggy pasta. Store the sauce and make fresh the next day. Also keep it separate when serving. Not everyone likes drenched pasta.

@KeruboSk I worked in mortgage 50 years. This is a huge red flag. This will be your homestead. Get your name on the deed. Also check the homestead laws in your state. DP $ is not the issue. It’s about trust and control. Never buy property until you are married.
