I am very aware of all the posts being made by a certain convicted felon. These posts are vile, defamatory, intimidating & retaliatory. I want to make a few things very clear. Everything has been documented. Who said it, where it was said, when it was said. I have the right to publicly talk about what has happened to me, how it’s made me feel, how it’s impacted me. And I have a right to put out any document I choose because they are public also. I have a right to reach out to Pa Representatives especially those who have spearheaded the HB 1466 and talk about my personal experience and offer suggestions to legislative change. Beyond that, I have utilized my X account to document in real time every post made about me, directed to me personally by plaintiffs and their cronies, and will continue to do so as this has been documented now for nearly 620 days. Trust me when I say that I’m not the only one with a filing cabinet. The Avocado Civilian Intelligence Agency has been an impactful part of this frivolous ride I’ve been on and NOTHING gets past them. I will leave on this final note. Everyone knows. My amazing lawyer, Tom King III, Marple Twsp Police Detectives, Blair County DA, My local Twsp Police, DELCO DA, DELCO CIU, the Probation Officer for said criminal. A search warrant is being signed and will be executed. Point Blank. Period. I have done absolutely nothing wrong. I have not broken the law. I have not defamed anyone. After being dragged through the courts and falsely accused of RICO, death threats, and impeding an investigation … claims NO law enforcement agency has ever said. The latest attempt was to blame my posts on X for so-called “safety concerns.” A judge ruled there was NO evidence to support that claim. The record is clear: they haven’t won anything. It’s time to take the L, move on, and let us collect our attorney’s fees and punitive damages. I’m done surviving on soup.

I read Nik’s community post on his YT from 2 weeks ago and I just wanted to say a few things. It’s almost impressive how you’ve managed to turn a lawsuit you filed; one built on missed deadlines, nonexistent evidence, and intimidation tactics into a dramatic monologue where somehow YOU are the victim. You claim this has been the “worst year” of your life because you “lost friends” and “discovered their true nature,” when in reality the only thing you discovered was that courts expect facts, not theatrics. You didn’t lose friends …. you lost co-conspirators once the truth started surfacing. And the only “division radiating through the phone” was the Superior Court prothonotary informing your attorney, yet again, that your reproduced record was missing. You ask how others sleep at night, what emotions they feel, and whether they’re proud of themselves. Bold questions coming from someone who filed a baseless RICO lawsuit, weaponized missing-children narratives for clicks, doxxed me, posted defamatory commentary in the middle of litigation, and is now watching his own appeal fall apart because his team cannot meet a single procedural rule. How do you sleep knowing that your accusations devastated real people while the courts continue to reject your filings? I walk with my head held high because the truth is on my side, my evidence is real, and I didn’t build a career off exploiting tragedies. You talk about “advocates” who show hate or take away others’ rights while ignoring the fact that your entire lawsuit was designed to silence critics, intimidate witnesses, and weaponize the legal system as a cudgel. That isn’t advocacy …. it’s harassment dressed up as heroism. And your swipe about “Kardashian-style livestreams disguised as advocacy” is pure projection. Everything you do magically becomes “advocacy,” while everything anyone else does becomes vanity, even though you’re the one who spent 18 months pushing fear narratives, chasing views, amplifying tragedy, and living off chaos. When your storyline fell apart, you sued the people who refused to play along. You claim to know about “hard work,” yet hard work would’ve meant following appellate rules, filing a complete record, serving documents properly, and not needing nunc pro tunc every time your legal strategy imploded. Hard work would’ve meant building a case based on facts instead of vibes, dramatics, and internet mythology. Instead, you’ve wrapped your procedural failures in poetic metaphors about raging against the light, as if your appeal is collapsing because you’re too noble … not because your filings were noncompliant from the start. And finally, your lecture about how those who “spread hatred” lack understanding of journalism or advocacy is almost comedic. Real journalism checks facts. Real advocacy protects people instead of targeting them. What you’ve been doing is neither. It’s public harassment, emotional manipulation, and legal overreach. The only reason you’re thanking people for giving you “a helping hand, not a handout” is because what you actually needed wasn’t support … it was a valid legal claim, a complete reproduced record, and an argument grounded in reality instead of self-mythologizing. You had none of those, so now you’re hiding behind cinematic language to distract from the simple truth: your case is collapsing because it was never built on facts …. only on fear, ego, and fiction. And Hong’s little “See you Thanksgiving” line aged exactly the same way your lawsuit did. It came and went, nothing happened, and everyone realized it was just another empty threat from people who can’t even meet a filing deadline.

The funniest part of this entire lawsuit is how loud the plaintiffs were online… and how absolutely illiterate they turned out to be in front of the Superior Court. They tried to drag me with fake RICO charges, TikTok lives, and clown-level commentary, but couldn’t manage the one thing the Court actually required: Filing a reproduced record. It’s giving: “Let me accuse you of crimes but don’t ask me to staple paper.” They missed the deadline, ignored the rules, pretended the 7-day notice didn’t apply to them, filed a broken brief, and then begged the judges to fix their mess like this is customer service at Target. This isn’t strategy. This isn’t law. This isn’t drama. This is watching people drown in a kiddie pool. And when the Superior Court dismisses their appeal again this week? Just remember: I said NOTHING. They did this to themselves.

They didn’t hire a warrior. They hired a warning label: “Not intended for appellate litigation.” The Superior Court sees it. The docket shows it. Over the past year, I’ve carried the weight of this case in more ways than one. The legal fight has been exhausting, but the personal toll has been even heavier. My Victim Impact Statement only scratches the surface of what their harassment, lies, and intimidation campaigns have put me through. I reviewed last night what I wrote in April. So much has changed since then. Every day, I’ve had to try and rebuild my peace, my business, and my confidence while the plaintiffs weaponized delay after delay to drag this process out. Now, we’ve reached a moment where everything is coming to a head. My brief is technically due on Wednesday but we aren’t filing it. It is impossible to file something that cannot exist because the reproduced record they were required to provide simply does not exist. They didn’t follow the rules. They didn’t serve the documents. They didn’t comply with one single requirement the Superior Court laid out. My attorneys are far too good, too strategic, and too far above Lesniak’s sloppy, rule-breaking nonsense to clean up the plaintiffs’ disaster for them. I’m on the edge of my seat. Every sign points to the same outcome: this appeal is about to be tossed once and for all. Maybe Monday. Maybe Tuesday. Maybe Wednesday. But it’s coming … and when it does, it will be because the court finally saw exactly what we’ve been dealing with … a pattern of rule-breaking, manipulation and bad-faith litigation that has wasted the court’s time, my time, and the community’s time. No matter which day it happens, I’ll be ready. I’ve stood my ground, told the truth, followed every rule, and fought this fight the right way. When the dismissal drops, it won’t just be a legal victory … it will be the moment this entire year+ of harassment, false narratives, defamation and intimidation begins to crumble. And trust me, I’ll have a lot more to say when it does.
