Apparently there is "no time to legislate" for a #PeoplesVote before 31 Oct 2019 There are 198 days between now and the 31 Oct The 1975 Ref. Bill had its 1st Reading on the 26 March and Polling Day was 5 June! There were 71 days between those two dates What's the problem?
