@PoupartNFL I believe that Ross wants to win and has done everything he is capable of to achieve that. Clearly this season was a failure and if you can't identify/correct the issue then you are the issue. He needs to sell or bring in a trusted source to determine corrections on his behalf.

@Doll_Phan72 @OmarKelly #3 is the most striking thing to me. IDK how true it is but I feel like we don't have a lot of review and adjustments on the sideline. I don't see tablets and tense discussions frequently. Capt of ship should watch sideline film with game film.

@PoupartNFL His greatest talent was putting together college rosters that were far superior to the other colleges. I don't believe that the model he used to accomplish this would be feasible in the NFL.

@PoupartNFL IMO the "no win situation" applies to Saban coaching in the NFL. By saying "Dolphins" he is implying that he would have had success with another NFL team. He hasn't proven that and the QB challenge is something he could have addressed (Omar pointed this out).

@PoupartNFL Great point in response to the "physical O" question. It makes me think that Penei may have been special for this O. If the scheme mandates a finesse OL how do we overcome the challenges this presents in cold weather, X and 1 downs, and with backup QBs (less reps)?

@The_Phinstones IMO l, nothing matters until we can bring out a jumbo formation and run downhill to convert on "X and 1" downs. OL has to be better Less pre snap movement = less errors Better OL = less sacks, longer drives, less D snaps

@allenanalysis You think like Newsome and I don't intend that as a compliment. Supporting a vindictive policy that isn't intended to serve the population of the state is not good politics or good morally.

@rradgoski @OmarKelly I'm amazed OL is not listed. We have to run misdirections on 3rd and 1 and backup QBs (that can't throw in 2 seconds) mine as well be crash test dummies.

@mustbemarisa87 Whoever is back there will not get the ball out in under 2 seconds (unlike tua) and the result is that they will get hit/hurt. Backup QB can (and IMO should) wait until we have a decent OL.
