Kuraji lifts her phone, angling it just slightly as she studies the screen. A confident smile slowly forms beneath her black lipstick. "Hm... One more." She adjusts her glasses with a practiced motion, then brushes a strand of her half-white, half-black hair behind her ear. "There. Much better." A soft click echoes as the camera captures the moment. Kuraji glances down at the photo and lets out a quiet, satisfied hum. "Confidence isn't about finding the perfect angle. It's about looking at yourself and smiling because you've earned the person staring back." She takes another selfie, this time with a subtle smirk. "I've always preferred authenticity. No dramatic poses. No unnecessary filters. If someone is going to remember me... I'd rather they remember the woman behind the smile." She zooms in slightly, inspecting the image. "The lighting could be better... But perfection has never interested me. Presence does." A faint chuckle escapes her. "It's funny. I can negotiate million-dollar contracts without a second thought...yet I still manage to overthink a simple selfie." She pockets her phone, still smiling. "Ah, well. I think this one will do. And besides... The best photographs aren't the ones where you're trying to impress everyone. They're the ones where you're simply comfortable being yourself."
