I haven’t updated in forever. I left early childhood, started an Ed.D, and will be the principal for Summit Academy Community school (K-8) and Summit Academy transition high school (9-12) in Cincinnati this upcoming school year. Life is never dull!

I think for me, the better question is: Do you have a side of you that does NOT want to try and do it yourself? Learning to ask for help and to delegate were some of the hardest leadership/executive functioning skills to learn.
