@BanAcRugby 12 out of 10 to every player for pure grit, determination and ‘never say die’ attitude right until the final whistle… sometimes it’s just not your day .. the effort and team spirit is immense 👍👍

@BanAcRugby What a performance today lads and coaches… full bore commitment and teamwork from first minute until the last..it was evident the hard work being done on fitness and skills ..it’s paying huge dividends in the clear out, handing and off load…great result …👍👍

I would be very sure that Stephen Craigan is a good guy.. but I wish he’d shut up for just five minutes and let the rest of us enjoy the football in peace

Right.. this is controversial.. Alex Mitchell was awarded POM today @lionsofficial he certainly had several individual moments which I applaud.. but in general he was atrocious. Slow pass, poor kicking and the reason why @lionsofficial underperformed

@CianTracey1 The rugby shirt and badge has always been incredibly symbolic to the effort of anyone who has played team rugby union .. to have your name on a Lion’s shirt is as good as it gets .. good move for extra motivation 👍👍
