In our lifetimes, we have watched our government drag us into pointless wars to sustain an empire that enriches and empowers only the elites, while the American way of life deteriorates here at home. We are blessed in this: 250 years ago, our Founders didn’t merely grant us the right to change our government—they made it our duty. We now face an onslaught of propaganda claiming that, despite another foolish war in the Middle East and rampant corruption, those in power have our best interests at heart. This is designed to deceive, provoke, and demoralize us. Don’t take the bait. View it all with clear eyes and resolve to change it. This nation is not merely “an idea” to be reshaped by the selfish whims of those in power, nor is it a “failed experiment.” This nation is our home, our heritage, and our sacred duty to preserve for future generations. By breaking free from the failed political system that enabled this rot, we can restore our wounded Republic. Rejoice that we live in the greatest, freest nation the world has ever known. Why should Americans trust a health agency's guidance if they don't know who's lining the pockets of the officials giving it? Dr. Fauci took royalty payments from Big Pharma while shaping the COVID response, and we only found out about it later. Here is what we know: U.S. taxpayer money, funneled through USAID and NIH, funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. That research likely caused the COVID pandemic that killed millions and cost trillions. Dr. Fauci personally signed off on these experiments, then lied to Congress about it. Biden tried to protect him with a last-minute pardon. That’s the very definition of a cover-up.

Pretty much all of the prominent voices who supported the Iran War assured us it would be over by now. None of them will admit they were wrong. Even less will they admit that their initial assurances were based on nothing but their own wishcasting. This whole shitshow has been an enormous waste of time and resources and our country has not benefited from it at all. Its advocates have moved the goal posts repeatedly and have even to this day refused to clearly articulate what constitutes a victory and how we’ll know that it’s been achieved.

Big Tech companies are sprinting forward, building data centers as fast as they can, sometimes using eminent domain to seize the land by force, making their AI more and more powerful, expanding the technology at lightening speed with no guardrails of any kind at all. Yet none of these tech gurus or any of their apologists have even attempted to explain what exactly all of the millions of people who lose their jobs, and the increasing numbers who lose their homes, all sacrificed on the AI altar, are supposed to do. How does society support millions of unemployed and displaced people? What becomes of a society where algorithms and machines do everything, and a few people become trillionaires while millions more lose everything? There is no answer to any of this. They aren’t even attempting to answer it. Instead we’re simply told that China exists and we have to “beat them” in some unspecified way, in order to achieve some unspecified goal. We’re going to obliterate entire industries, entire categories of jobs all at once, and the only justification anyone can give is “China.” It’s madness.

Everyone’s complaining about the fact that this Animal Farm movie undercuts Orwell’s critique of communism, which is true. But, message aside, I think it’s just as bad that they’ve taken a serious and intelligent story and turned it into a goofy slapstick farce complete with fart jokes. It’s like making a Crime and Punishment adaptation and turning it into a romantic comedy. No respect for the source material at all. A cynical cash grab. If you want to make a dumb movie about farm animals, make your dumb movie about farm animals. Positioning it as an adaptation, while making no attempt to capture either the tone or meaning of the author’s original work, is an insult.

Obviously giving a tablet to a 4 year old is total madness. There is no upside for the child. It’s all downside. Parents do it for one reason and one reason only. To keep their kids quiet and docile so that they (the parents) can spend more time on their own devices.

POTUS is laying out two courses of action—a negotiated settlement, or a major escalation. There is a third option, and he should take it: recognize there is no way to force a positive outcome and simply leave. The region is not ours to fix. President Reagan chose this path in Lebanon in ‘84, withdrawing U.S. forces after the Beirut barracks bombing once it became clear the mission’s stabilization goals could not be met, effectively ending direct American military involvement and avoiding a deeper quagmire and long-term entrenchment in the region. A negotiated settlement is unlikely to work or be taken seriously by the Iranians unless we make concessions on the enrichment issue. As we saw yesterday in the SOH, the IRGC is empowered to act without the consent of the civilian leadership, so it’s likely they won’t honor any deal reached. A major escalation will lead to a very destructive outcome for Iran, the region, and eventually the U.S. If POTUS chooses brute force and targets civilian infrastructure, we will create another generation of radicalized Iranians who will rally around the regime and escalate the war by any means possible. If POTUS opts to strike the civilian infrastructure, declare victory, and then leave, we will only further erode our standing in the world, the petrodollar, and eventually our status as the world’s reserve currency holder. We need to get out now. Don’t double down on failure. Avoid the sunken cost trap, leave now, and put America’s interests first.

Gay surrogacy and gay adoption are predicated on the idea that gay men (or women) have a “right” to become parents. This idea is not only morally insane but also logically incoherent. It’s exactly like jumping off a building and claiming that you have the right to fly. Nobody has the right to defy the laws of nature. Where would such a right even originate? Two men cannot be parents. It’s impossible. Doesn’t matter how they feel or what they want. It cannot be. The only “right” at issue here is the right of the child. And the child has a right to be raised by a mother and a father, not two men masquerading as mother and father.

This boy jumped for joy welcoming the pope in Lebanon in November and today they pulled his body from the rubble after Israel’s bombing. Last year, only 5 members of Congress voted with me when I tried to defund Israel, who bombs and kills the innocent.
