Today, I arrived at Abuja Airport from the United Kingdom at 5:30 a.m. and immediately connected to the 7 a.m. Enugu Air flight to Enugu to attend the funeral of late Ifeanyi Nwolie, who was laid to rest in his hometown of Afa, Udi Local Government Area, Enugu State. Late Ifeanyi Nwolie was one of my supporters who participated in the recent NDC party political activity marred by violence on October 10, 2026. Tragically, he was shot. His death is a painful reminder of the devastating human cost of our nation’s current toxic political environment. As we approach the 2027 general elections, I appeal to all candidates contesting at the federal, state, and local government levels to reject violence, ethnic division, and religious bigotry. Our campaigns and activities must be based on issues that will make our country better. Democracy thrives when citizens can freely express their political choices and participate in the electoral process without fear. The process through which we attain public office is more important than the office itself. My humble pledge to the mother is that God Almighty, whom it pleased to bring Ifeanyi home, has also given her another son in me to support her as Ifeanyi used to. A country’s greatest strength lies in the rule of law. When the rule of law is undermined, the door is opened to disorder and anarchy. We must work together to rebuild and restore a Nigeria where human life is valued above political ambition, and where every citizen can exercise their democratic rights in peace and safety. A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO

Watch closely how we are building the future of our children in the South East. None of these children will grow up to become a nuisance to society. They will achieve greatness and do extraordinary things.

Thank you Lord for the loan of ONE MORE DAY... Teach me to number my days and make good use of my time here on earth... Have a blessed weekend my authentic X family.. Lots of love ❤️, ✌️ & joy inexplicable 🙏🏽

This life is so so short...filled with ups & downs. The only way to navigate moments of despair is to lay it at His feet. It's never easy but trust I must in His never failing love because, WHO AM I? Have a blessed day my authentic X family. I hope this blesses someone..

Rebuilding Nigeria Yesterday, Wednesday, 21 October, I arrived in London at 7 a.m. from Basel, Switzerland. It was one of my busiest days, filled with several engagements, including meetings with stakeholders in the UK. I rounded off the day in the evening with a meeting organised by the COPDEM Chief and the NDC Director of Diaspora Affairs, bringing together other stakeholders in London. All the meetings with British government officials and the Nigerian diaspora centred on our collective responsibility to rebuild Nigeria and free our country from the shackles of bad leadership, corruption, and the lack of accountability that continue to undermine our national development. These challenges have deprived millions of Nigerians of access to basic necessities, including quality healthcare, education, and decent employment. Nigerians deserve a country where every life matters, where hard work is rewarded, and where every citizen has a fair opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or connections. We must build a Nigeria where the child of nobody can become somebody without knowing anybody. A country that works for everyone, not just a privileged few. A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO

REPOST : Someone referred to this in her Testimony today on NSPPD and I thought to repost …Hope it blesses you …

I’ve said it before and I will say it again, there is something about this song by Greatman featuring Pastor Nathaniel Bassey. It strengthens and energises me that even in my weakest point, I know my God is good!!!!

6 years on 🕊️ We will never ever forget our true heroes. Your immeasurable sacrifice remains a landmark moment in our story. Before the guns went off, we witnessed real selflessness and patriotism in moments when we abandoned our personal differences for one common goal. I hope that we can find our way back there someday. 🙏🏽

Lol the last time Nigeria was actually defeating Boko Haram was when an Igbo man was Chief of Army Staff. Lt Gen Azubuike Ihejirika, 2010 to 2014. He created the 7th Division, armed the soldiers and took territory back. For once Boko Haram was losing. Then the conspiracy started from the North. Northern politicians, notably Muhammadu Buhari in his 2013 BBC Hausa interview, said the Federal Government was killing Northern youth and that Boko Haram fighters should get amnesty like Niger Delta militants. At the same time a whisper campaign spread. That this Igbo General was not fighting terror but using the war as a pretext to avenge the Civil War. An Igbo man who went to save Borno was accused of going to punish the North. To finish him an Australian negotiator Stephen Davis claimed Ihejirika himself was sponsoring Boko Haram. It made no sense. How can the hunter be accused of feeding the beast. Ihejirika denied it and went to court but the damage was done. In January 2014 he was removed. What happened after. The army collapsed. Boko Haram took 14 local governments, declared a caliphate in Gwoza, took Bama and Chibok. The man who was winning was removed because his victory did not serve politics. You politicized the army, turned promotion to patronage and justice to tribe. Now you call on Igbo youths who value their lives to bring those lives to your altar of bloodlust. To die for an army that sits on a mat with terrorists in the North and parades Igbo boys half naked on the road in the South East. An Igbo man is not built for hypocrisy. Our culture celebrates only integrity and accountability. This is why they stay away.

It's looking like the Commander is begging now, but in the long run the Southeast will end up regretting the decision made by their sons and daughters of not joining the Military. #Sentinel

Students’ toilet and hostel at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO). What is all this? We can no longer tolerate this level of decay and neglect in the South East. Our students deserve dignity, decent facilities, and a healthy learning environment. We must stop normalising rubbish!

NEW: Oxford has been named the world’s number one University for a record-breaking 11th consecutive year in the @timeshighered World University Rankings. Oxford has held the top spot since 2017 – the longest run at number one in the rankings’ history. [1/3]

RANDOM SHOTS: From rot to a functional PHC, Ugwueke, Bende. A lot of people don't fully comprehend what Governor Alex Otti is doing. That's why they will keep asking what the Governor has built. Primary Health Centres are the basic foundation of Health Care Delivery. If you get it right, the crowd and foot traffic in general hospitals, ABSUTH and FMC will reduce. The focus is more on equipped very functional facilities than grandiose empty structures with no equipment. See the BEFORE and the NOW.

JUST IN: Today, 16 October 2026, Gov. Alex Otti paid a visit to some newly functionalized Primary Health Care Centres for on-the-spot assessment of the status of primary health care under the ‘Project Ekwueme’ which seeks to rebuild, equip and functionalize more than 270 PHCs across the state. The governor in his usual nature offered to pay off all bills of patients who were currently being attended to in these facilities. #InvestInAbia

Celebrating the Clarissan Missionary Sisters: A Legacy of Faith and Service Heartiest congratulations to the Clarissan Missionary Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament on the momentous celebration of your jubilees, which commenced with Holy Mass today at the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity, Onitsha. I rejoice with you on this special occasion as you celebrate decades of faith, dedication, and selfless service to humanity. Reflecting on our shared commitment to uplifting society through education and human development, I fondly recall my support for your school, Maria Inés College, Obosi, through the provision of buses and computers to enhance mobility and facilitate learning among your students. As you continue your apostolate of forming minds, nurturing character, and empowering young people, I encourage you to remain steadfast in your mission. I firmly believe that education is one of the most powerful instruments for building a just, prosperous, and inclusive society. By investing in our people, especially the younger generation, we are laying the foundation for a Nigeria where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Together, through faith, service, and a shared commitment to human development, we can build the new Nigeria of our dreams. A new Nigeria that is POssible and OK. -PO
