Records of teams who've played >.500 teams in every game of 2024: NY Mets (8-8) Twins (6-9) Mariners (7-10) Astros (6-12) White Sox (2-14)
@Jolly_Olive @RSAdiamondtales First game of year no one can play a team that is greater than .500, unless their first game was against padres who I believe took 2 of 3 for dodgers in Japan, right? Nice to see Mets play well lately against teams that got off to strong starts like KC and Pitt last night.
@Jolly_Olive the first game of the season wasnt against a team above .500
@Jolly_Olive If the Mets had performed better, they could've dropped the Brewers, Tigers, and Reds all below .500 though. Seems like there's some chicken/egg going on in these stats.
@Jolly_Olive I’m cryin yall the reason the first 2 teams were above .500😭
@Jolly_Olive The Mets schedule has been even tougher than that. They've only played .600 or better teams. Tigers just dipped below, but they were still over .600 after the Mets took 2 of 3, and they'd be there now if they had avoided the Amazin's. #LGM x.com/joshrogersnyc/…
