The Works Of The Flesh. The flesh is not merely a weakness to be managed; it is an enemy that must be crucified. The works of the flesh which are these: Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, envyings, murders, drunkenness, and such like are manifestations of a life that is ruled by the sinful nature rather than by the Spirit of God. The flesh may hide behind religion, respectability, position, and outward appearance, but God searches the heart. A person may look holy before men while secretly harbouring bitterness, pride, lust, hatred, jealousy, unforgiveness, or evil desires. God is not deceived. The Scripture gives a solemn warning: “They which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God” (Galatians 5:21). This is not a matter to treat lightly. The works of the flesh can destroy a soul and lead it away from the presence of God. But there is hope! Jesus Christ came to deliver us from the dominion of sin. “They that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts” (Galatians 5:24). We must, therefore, come to the cross in genuine repentance, surrender completely to Jesus Christ, and walk daily in the Spirit. Do not pamper what God commands you to crucify. Do not excuse what Christ died to destroy. Let the works of the flesh die. Let Christ reign. Let the Holy Spirit produce His fruit in your life. “Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” ~ Galatians 5:16.

So while you can still hear the Gospel, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬. Don't wait until it is too late. 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝.
