@JordanOnRecord If SCOTUS tanks 1512, do those incarcerated for multiple counts get released or reduced sentences?
@TomJChicago If 1512 is the only felony, and they're not already out of prison, they will almost certainly receive a reduced sentence. If there are other felony counts, we've already seen judges say they would have given similar sentences *even if* 1512 wasn't in play.
@JordanOnRecord @TomJChicago Not true. Some judges are already positing another section to be used to apply additional time, which I'm not sure would be legal.
