@nashmatthew2 @rw_meck13 This happens all the time where I work. I agree to an extent. The problem with building crazy beautiful houses in the middle of nowhere would be a lack of comps. If you’re paying cash then who cares, but the risk of resell lingers.

@bcastellini I will double check tomorrow, I apologize for any frustration. I want to work hard and find the best possible solution for the entire community. I can’t speak on behalf of Ryan as I haven’t been a part of this communication, but trust that I will listen to all of these concerns

@bcastellini Following up, Rumpke is coming out today or tomorrow to replace the dumpster. They came yesterday and their wheels sank. If this is the communication channel you’re most comfortable with feel free to keep reaching out and I will try my best to get back to you in a timely manner.

@bcastellini I don’t see it as a laughing matter at all, I have never personally received an email from you and I’ve kindly asked you to reach out to me via email rather than a forum I’m not active on. I’m happy to work with anyone who has a concern. My email is [email protected]

@bcastellini Following up with you, the fence is already back up and the new dumpster was ordered two weeks ago. Unfortunately, until the ground freezes Rumpke cannot get on site or the wheels will sink. I appreciate your cooperation.
