@SW_Help @SwHelp Incorrect - your station staff at Salisbury told her you don’t have the correct information. She is in a taxi now - but worth bearing in mind for others who write to this helpline and look at your website that what you’re sharing isn’t always true

@SW_Help @SwHelp Everyone got booted off the train at Salisbury, and the train did not run to Yeovil (despite what your website claims). Can we please claim for a taxi direct to the address she is trying to get to, from Salisbury station? This is a safety risk

@SW_Help @SwHelp @SW_Help speak to your team actually in Salisbury station and they will relay the correct info to you. We can both read your website, but only one of us knows what’s actually happening. Check again and advise us!

@SW_Help @SwHelp No! Get your facts straight. The train didn’t depart Salisbury in service. Speak to your team and come back with correct information please. And then advise what you are going to do to help her

@SW_Help @SwHelp Your website says the train departed but it definitely hasn’t. It was cancelled with 0 notice leaving her in an unknown location at midnight. Please advise ASAP

@SW_Help @SwHelp She has now got to Salisbury only to be told the train is cancelled! She is now stranded in the middle of nowhere at midnight. Tell us what you are going to do about it

@SW_Help Are new carriages going to be added to this train?

@SW_Help 20.20 from Waterloo to Exeter is only 3 carriages + absolutely rammed to unsafe levels. This is a 3hr train. It is full with standing people, and incredibly hot. This train normally has many more carriages. Tell me how I can get a refund for this terrible experience.

@JetBlue Your team at LAX has given me tickets for two red eye flights in a row. I understand that weather is not within your control, but I would like you to put me on a flight with another airline so I can get home within the same day and not delaying me 10 hrs

Hi @JetBlue my flight out of LAX-JFK has been delayed by c.2.5 hours and I will now miss my connection to London. I’ll have only 15 mins between landing and boarding opening for second flight. I cannot change to new flight using app. How to book on next flight?
