Interesting, @marcorubio and @GovRonDeSantis this company, @SixtUSA and @DFlorence_Sixt say it’s still ok for us to visit for spring break. What do you think?

@DFlorence_Sixt @SixtUSA @DFlorence_Sixt now that Florida is closed to visitors will you now be offering refunds?

@DFlorence_Sixt I have reached out to you and offered to forward the email interactions I have had with your ”customer service” department. Threats, laughing and name calling. No? Maybe I could teach YOU a few things.

@SixtUSA Please explain to me then if I wasn’t under a travel ban and could travel my flight doesn’t get in until 8:30 and you close at 8:00 what it is I’m supposed to do? Will you reduce my cost of my reservation? You made this change not me.

@SixtUSA Will you now be offering full refunds not that you are unable to provide the service that I originally paid for.

@DFlorence_Sixt @LinkedIn Also if you would like to provide me with your email address I would be more than happy to share the extremely unprofessional emails I have received. I have received threats, been laughed at and told I was an idiot for pre paying.

@DFlorence_Sixt @LinkedIn Will your voucher put food on the tables of families that will need it? It appears that your company doesn’t care.

@DFlorence_Sixt @LinkedIn I expect that you company will not accept any funds from the US government in the form of a bailout. Every other company has adjusted their policies it yours. You are taking advantage of the customers that have built the foundation of your company. Your vouchers are worthless.

@DFlorence_Sixt why is your company blocking service members that are affected by the DOD travel ban? The only company not offering full no penalty refunds is yours. Believe me I would rather be on vacation!

@SixtUSA why are you blocking service members from your social media asking why you won’t give them a refund due to the DOD travel ban?

@SixtUSA @SixtUSA why are you deleting Service members comments on Facebook when they are asking for refunds due to the DOD travel ban? And then you block them from commenting again?
