A lot of people want to pretend that Tom Cotton telling people to "take matters in their own hands" when anti-genocide protests block a road isn't advocating for assault. But he also went on Fox to say they should be thrown off bridges and have their skin ripped off.
While Rashida Tlaib was censured for criticizing the genocidal, apartheid state of Israel, Mr. Cotton will almost certainly face no consequences in the Senate for encouraging violence against anti-genocide protesters. Sick, twisted political system we have.
@JoshuaPHilll But a senator can call for a war where the death of thousands to millions can be ended and that's okay. Senator Cotton isn't calling for anyone to die, just acknowledging the rights of people to resolve what the government won't.
@JoshuaPHilll Stop breaking the law. Protest all you want - legally - don't endanger others by impeding the work of emergency vehicles.
@JoshuaPHilll Isn't it funny how the left only understands hyperbole when it suits them... Bless their little hearts...
@JoshuaPHilll Tom Cotton's rhetoric is not only reprehensible but dangerously inciting violence. It's alarming to see a public figure promote such brutality and disregard for human life.
@JoshuaPHilll It doesn't take much for some Islamist org or terror org to pay out money from Iran for this sort of action. Just be aware that they are aiming to make you uncomfortable in order to make you angry at your representatives locally, and in Congress. It's coordinated.
@JoshuaPHilll So it’s the activists who decide to glue or cement themselves to the road not the people trying to legally drive
@JoshuaPHilll and if I went around saying what people should do about Tom Cotton, I'd get arrested
