Recidivism in the US sits in the 60%s but we know that when incarcerated individuals have access to obtaining a Bachelors Degree it decreases to nearly 5% and ZERO PERCENT with a Masters Degree. Shocking revelation here but when you give people access to knowledge they thrive.
I attended an amazing event tonight hosted by @JournalDenver and @RedLineDenver talking all about data in our schools. The big take away for me - education cannot be achieved through a “one size fits all approach”
