And, here it is: Fulton County Judge McAfee: If your client wins the presidency, can this case be tried? Sadow (Trump's lawyer): I believe under the Supremacy clause this trial would not take place at all until he left the WH
@JoyceWhiteVance I find this Supremacy clause absurd. So, it protects a potential FELON from being prosecuted? A charged offender is protected & can take hold of the highest office in the land? How is that ok or just? It’s just preposterous to me!
@JoyceWhiteVance Why dont they start the trial in say June? That is 12 months from the date he was indicted. What the hell is taking so long? Push EVERYTHING else off the dockets and get it on!
@JoyceWhiteVance Exactly, the only reason Democrats are bringing this ridiculous Stalinist show trial is to interfere in the election.
@JoyceWhiteVance Of course that is up for debate and would likely go before the SC. But given its current makeup, they would obviously rule in Trump's favor. Good thing that's nothing we need to worry about.
@JoyceWhiteVance WTF!?! Will he be held accountable for anything?
@JoyceWhiteVance they believe (erroneously imo) that you cannot INDICT a "sitting" president, but he WASN'T a sitting President when indicted ... so let the case resume
@JoyceWhiteVance Sounds like Time is truly OF THE ESSENCE
