如果战略不能落到今天的一个动作上，它就会变成焦虑。现在越来越觉得，轻盈感不是没有困难，而是内心有秩序。每天一个复利动作。每周一个系统模块。每月一个真实验证。可能这才是从混乱里走出来的方法。

今天想明白一个问题：我可能不是缺答案，而是缺一个每天必须完成的复利动作。这两天跟 AI 聊了很多，也看了很多东西，但很多困惑并没有真正消失。后来意识到，问题可能不在于答案不够，而在于答案太多，但没有被压缩成今天该做的那一件事。战略要想清楚，但战术不能虚。
