The Texas Hispanic population has made progress in higher educational attainment over the last decade. The proportion of the Hispanic population aged 25 years or older with an Associate’s Degree or higher grew from 17% in 2012 to 26% in 2022.

Great review of time series forecasting and "The Importance of Being Uncertain." Explaining the past is not the same as forecasting the future. Explanatory variables are not as helpful as you'd think. And the surprisingly poor performance of machine learning methods.
