A3 I let my students know I’m their teacher after the class ends. A few stop by from time to time and update me on their progress or ask for help when they run into a challenge. And some come back and join the OC team.

A2. I have early college students who may stop turning in work or participating in class. When I talk to them, the first thing I ask is if they are okay. I usually find out they are going through a lot and need help and support more than anything. #TweetOC

A1. Sometimes I will meet someone lost in my building and I don’t like to give them directions to where they need to go. I would rather walk them and talk with them and introduce them to the next person who can assist them. #TweetOC
