@HMRCcustomers I've tried to ring 5 times today and the line just cuts off. How are we supposed to get answers when the Helpline is supposedly offering a limited service. It seems the only answer now is to write a letter! Why can't I speak to someone?
@HMRCcustomers How are people supposed to bet answers to their individual queries? The phone helpline just cuts you off, and Twitter and Facebook are for "general" questions only. Is the only option now to write a letter! ??
