13 days until Take That at Co-op live on June 12th. The seating plan changed back in January from the image on the left to the image on the right. My seats no longer exist and no one seems to want to help? £500 wasted on nonexistent seats. @takethat @GaryBarlow @TicketmasterCS

@TicketmasterCS What is happening with my seats for Take That on the 12th June, Block A3 row 20 and 21. These rows clearly do not exist anymore and you have been fobbing me off for months. Is loads more people in this situation. Please contact me urgently.

another day of emails being ignored by ticketmaster and SJM. i paid £500 for two vip second row tickets to see @takethat @GaryBarlow on 12th June in Co-op live arena in Manchester back when they went on sale last year and as of the start of January (when the walkway was removed

@CatLovesTT @AOArena @takethat Ticketmaster said the same to me. I was 3rd row and now block E so about 20 rows back. I'm so annoyed but if I get a refund I will loose out on hotel and and coach tickets, so am in a no win situation!! I am going Friday night.

@AOArena @takethat This was their reply VIP add-ons are usually collected from the venue on the day of the show. You should receive further information on this via email before your event and there should be no issues with this even with your seats being in a different place.

@TicketmasterCS I purchased VIP seats for Take That Co Op arena which included VIP package (VIP bag with souveniers). My seat has been moved two blocks back (no longer in VIP area!!!) Can I still get VIP package I have PAID for?
